Intimate and private restaurant Kivinavetta in Ylläs

The stone-built barn named Kivinavetta is a pleasant and intimate private restaurant seating 24 diners in Hannukainen, close to Äkäslompolo. Within the ambiance of the great stone walls is a cosy place to savour the demonstrations of culinary skills produced by the Chef.

The giant fireplace at the end of the dining hall not only creates a great atmosphere, it is used for preparing meals. There are a number of meals to choose from Lappish delicacies to ocean delights. High quality ingredients are acquired from the local hunters and fishermen, and wild mushrooms and berries from local pickers. Pure Lappish ingredients combined with the chef’s professional skills guarantee culinary enjoyment, satisfying even the most discerning of diners.
